Terms of Service

1. The agreement

By creating an account or using services at BoneHost.org ("BoneHost", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Your account

Accounts are created by signing in through Steam. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Steam account secure.

3. Acceptable use

Your server is yours to run, within the law. You may not use BoneHost services to: break any applicable law; distribute malware; launch or facilitate attacks on other networks; host content that infringes others' intellectual property; or resell services in a way that misrepresents their origin.

4. Payment & refunds

Services bill monthly in advance. New servers qualify for a 72-hour no-questions-asked refund. Cancelling stops future renewals; service continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Your data

Server files belong to you. You can download them at any time. We keep backups on a best-effort basis; you're encouraged to keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.

6. Service levels

We target 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. Where we miss it, credits may be issued on request.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms, with notice where practical. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
